Join Jessica Jewell for a three-hour exploration of mantra, awareness, and sacred embodiment.

Through the ancient Vedic chant Laghunyāsa, reflection, and gentle symbolic practice, we’ll rediscover the body as a vessel of consciousness — not a project to fix, but a temple to inhabit with reverence.

This workshop offers a rare opportunity to learn a traditional chant that “places” the forces of nature — wind, water, earth, and light — within the body through sound and intention. No chanting experience is needed; just an open heart and a willingness to listen inwardly.
